join us for a night of introductory hong kong mahjong with points — in partnership with the incredible nonprofit that is Welcome to Chinatown 🀄️🀄️🀄️
the night will begin with a dedicated 1-hour points lesson taught in groups of six. your gtsc teacher will run you through the complete basics of Hong Kong mahjong with points — from base 3-point minimum hands, to special hands, and overarching strategy.
then, stay to exercise your new playing chops until we get kicked out at 10 pm. snacks & drinks available for purchase 💫

this event is a fundraiser benefitting Welcome to Chinatown. 30% all ticket sales are donated to their Small Business Innovation Hub, which provides programming, technical assistance, and pathways to long-term sustainability to small businesses just like gtsc 💚
