remember when gtsc used to be outdoors? for this year's three-part series, we're taking you back to one of our favorite urban gardens — one of those ones that make summer in the city feel not so ... city.

join us for golden-hour mahjong at the whimsical, indoor/outdoor garden at the standard east village — filled with lush greens, giant mushroom sculptures, and a combined ✨20 mahjong tables✨ between the indoor restaurant and outside space.

all tables will run on mixed-level, "pickup style" Hong Kong mahjong. no beginner teaching is offered at this event.

summer apps and bevs will be available for purchase at the standard bar. we've got the whole garden to ourselves from golden hour to sunset (9:00 pm)! see you at the tables 🌞
