remember when gtsc used to be outdoors? for this year's three-part series, we're taking you back to one of our favorite manhattan gardens — one of those ones that make summer in the city feel not so ... city.

join us for golden-hour mahjong at the whimsical & hidden-gem garden at the standard east village — filled with lush greens, giant mushroom sculptures, and enough space for ✨20 mahjong tables.✨

all tables will run on mixed-level, "pickup style" mahjong. while there's no formal teaching, that's never stopped anyone from watching + learning over a friend's shoulder ☺️

summer apps and bevs will be available for purchase at the standard bar. we've got the whole garden to ourselves from golden hour to sunset (9:00 pm)! see you at the tables 🌞
